  Dylan came over to take a look at an estimate for an RO system installation. He provided me with the estimate and also gave me some quick thoughts and advice on the installation. Although I didn't end up going with them to do the install, he was very personable and knowledgeable about what needed to get done. It left a great impression and I would definitely consider using this company for any of my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

  Will came out and fixed our shower problem. He was on time, as scheduled, knowledgeable and nice. Even helped provide recommendations on a future project.

  OneStop Plumbers
Called for an estimate to replace broken closet flange for toilet. They sent a technician same day who determined it wasn't a broken flange, Wade fixed the problem, reset the toilet with new wax ring and water line, also tightened a loose tank and was completed in about an hour. Another job well done by OneStop. I have used them several times, Dishwasher, gas line re-locate, new water heater, 2 toilets. Can't beat their price or quality of work.

  OneStop Plumbers was immediately available and fixed the issue with reasonable pricing. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend their service.

  Ruben came right out assessed the situation and was able to come back the next morning for the job, which was a slab leak. Showed me everything and the 2 situations to fix it. Got it repaired and was done early afternoon. Also, saved all the small pieces of drywall that had to be cut to feed the line through and referred us a drywall person that is local. Ruben and Jake were very professional and nice guys. It was a little expensive, but I think that is just how the times are now, no one is excited about paying for plumbing but it has to be done. Would use them again!

  We had this company to fix two issues so far. The most recent technician to come, Ryan S, was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and speedy. He fixed our sink issue within an hour, gave recommendations on how to prevent the issue in the future, all while making me feel comfortable and at ease. We will definitely ask for Ryan if we use OneStop again!

  Fixed an under slab leak in our house. They came out in less than 2 hours and detected the leak and gave us a quote and got to work in an hour. They completed the job in less than 4 hours after that. They used a minimal invasive process that works perfectly. They where polite and completely professional. I would recommend them for any plumbing repair.

  Called OneStop for a quote on installing a pressure reducing valve. Ryan called me and let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time and reviewed the work to be done and provided an estimate. The estimate was fair so I had him do the job right away. His work was well done. The valve is working great.

We needed a new toilet and: As always I called OSP.
it started with the front office, Nicole, Tarah and Kimberly. They all do a great job for us.
Travis came out the next day, right on time and diagnosed the problem. We chose the new Kohler toilet and it was installed the next morning. Problem fixed as usual, Great Job One Stop Plumbers!!

  This is my second time using one stop and I can leave a 5 star review for several reasons. The fact that they are usually able to come out the same day you call, that has been my experience and typically you don't want a plumbing issue waiting around. They are quick to diagnose the problem and offer helpful solutions. Today in particular, Ryan S came out and was super helpful & proactive and i highly recommend.

  Used them approximately 3 months ago for a main line sewer back up, called them left a voicemail, then about 15 min later I received a call back and then they were at my house an hour later and they did an amazing job! They had great prices and were extremely friendly! Will be using them in the future!

  Outstanding customer service and quality of work. Chose this company on Yelp because of all of the great reviews. We had water spewing from a break in our mainline on a Saturday morning. They were out within the hour and fixed the problem in no time. Price was fair and plumber was quick and very personable. Will definitely use them again.

  I had a leak under our kitchen sink. One Stop came same day and repaired. Very professional workers and office staff. I use them for all my plumbing problems. Would not use anyone else!

  Had a clog in our bathtub on Friday night and I tried to use a couple bottles of drano to unclog it but nothing was gonna work on it. So Saturday I called around to find someone to come that same day because I only have one shower and needed to be clean. A couple of the places I called charged extra because it was Saturday. One stop plumbers didn't charge that extra fee and were the best deal I could find. They had great communication and came within a couple hours of me calling. The plumber was very knowledgeable but more than that he was kind and seemed to genuinely want to help. He had it fixed in 15 minutes and charged me the exact amount I was quoted. I definitely recommend them and they will be my plumbers from now on. Thank you for your great service!

  I received great service from onestop plumbers. Kimberly, was great she gave me the breakdown of replacing the water. Heater. So purchased the 50 gal Bradford white. I had two angles stop replaced under the kitchen sink . I Purchased the extended warranty and they also scheduled an appointment for me thru the City. For building permit inspection. For an additional fee.. everything went well. Also their prices are very reasonable. No need to do comparison shopping. I did it for you. Oops, the young man that replaced my water heater was great. He was on time. And completed the job within a timely manner.

  Very prompt, professional, and did good work. Showed up fast and within the estimated time. They may not be the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, and they saved us a lot of headache and fixed up up fast and right. Will definitely use them again!

  Contacted OneStop in morning and had them out that afternoon. Ruben was the point of contact and walked me through what was needed to fix my plumbing issue. Worked quickly to fix our master shower. Clean and efficient. Would recommend him and OneStop again.

  We called One Stop two different times, and they were quick to respond. Trevor came once and immediately diagnosed and fixed our problem with the tankless water heater. Ruben came out and replaced two faucets for us and did great. Kimberly, in the office, was also pleasant and helpful. Would definitely use them again.
